Order Processing:
All orders are processed within one to three business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent when available.
Shipping Locations:
We ship worldwide, excluding:
Russia, North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Belarus, Libya.
Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery times depend on the product type and destination. Electric bikes, including Surron models, typically arrive within seven to twenty-one business days and are shipped via freight or specialized carriers. A delivery signature may be required. All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Europe: 5-7 Days
Asia: 10-14 Days
United States: 8-10 Days
Rest of the world: 14-21 Days
Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. For freight shipments, tracking updates may be limited until the package reaches a local delivery carrier.
Delivery Issues:
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update. Please provide your order number and any supporting photos so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist with filing a carrier claim when possible.
